We liked everything about the show! We have done other shows and really hate the feeling of cattle in a stall. We loved how easy we could move and arrange our booth, and Gail's advice to just do what we needed to do! Nice variety of vendors and good number of Photographers. We didn't feel like we were competing with everyone - nicely spread out. We loved the brides we spoke to. I really feel like there were less people there that were just getting free samples. We have booked one wedding and I am really hopeful that we will book more!

I loved that everything was so organized and having the helpers at the dock with carts was wonderful! The brides and guests were great and the other vendors were extremely nice as well. There was a nice variety of vendors and I appreciated that vendors with similar products were spaced around evenly and not in direct, immediate competition with each other. There was a very nice turnout of brides and guests; we made a lot of contacts, handed out lots of information and expect to receive business from the contacts made.

The turnout was very good! I liked that there was a lot of space to set up, have our own area and not be crowded with the other vendors. The layout was great and the brides had a lot of room to navigate. Booth size was perfect, small enough to be intimate but large enough to accommodate a lot of people. The number of brides and guests that attended was great! I liked the number as it allowed me to speak to almost every bride. I liked the number and balance of vendors that were there. We thought that the layout, booth size and traffic flow worked out very well. All of the other vendors were very nice and welcoming. The turnout was great and I noted that these brides were actually planning ahead which is something that I really liked to see! We have set appointments and there were 25 more brides who expressed marked interest. We were very happy with the show and will definitely participate in this show again next year!

The show was small enough to not be overwhelming for the brides, but large enough to make it worth their while. These things made it worth my while as well! The variety of vendors was perfect and the booth worked very well. I think that the number of brides that attended was great and they seemed to be of a caliber that can afford the services offered. We have already booked some business from this show and will most likely participate in future shows!

The show was so well organized, all the vendors were very encouraging and friendly! Gail and Jaime were very helpful and accessible at all times. There was ample space and we had great traffic! So many of the booths were visually enticing! The booth space was great and we were easily accessible to everyone. I think the turnout was tremendous and we had well over 140 people come through our booth. We have 2 confirmed consultations that were booked that day and I feel that with the follow up lead more are going to follow! It was a wonderful experience and it really was a welcoming community of vendors. We will definitely participate in the show again! Thank you for all your help in preparing for the show!

I done many bridal shows, but I enjoyed the vendor meeting in the beginning, the set up in the room was very spacious and gave us room to come from around the table and talk to the brides and bridal party. I like the over all ease of doing the show, from the help unloading the cars to the informal modeling (it was so much easier than a fashion show and more personal). The setting was very elegant and your staff was wonderful.

I just wanted to send a quick message to say Thank You for the wedding show on July 12th! It was so much fun – I thought it was going to be a lot more work but we actually had a lot of fun participating. At the show that day we met a bride who was looking for a reception venue for 300 people. She called first thing the following Monday morning to schedule an appointment and she booked with us on Wednesday night for a $12,000 wedding. I am pushing for them to allow us to participate in your Empire Room show – I think this will convince them that it’s completely worth it. Thanks again – you are all wonderful at what you do!
