Hosting a Triad or Triangle Professional Wedding Guild luncheon is an easy and effective way to showcase your facility to the wedding industry's top professionals.

Your responsibilities as the featured venue will be to provide lunch, non-alcoholic beverages, seating, linens, and service pieces for the expected number of guests. We require seating for a minimum of 70 -Triad or 40 -Triangle guests.

You will receive an estimated number of RSVPs the Friday before and a final number the day before the event. Due to the fact that there are no additional funds to cover "no shows", we ask that you be flexible with the guest count on the day of the event.  We will pay by credit card the day of the event based on the total number of attendees.

We recommend that you coordinate with some of your preferred vendors if you feel that you need assistance with decor, linens, specialty foods, or any additional services that you would like to showcase. If you would like referrals or require help with this part of the planning process, please feel free to contact us.  The PWG staff will be responsible for invitations, RSVPs, and onsite registration/payment the day of the luncheon.
